Mongolian style tofu

  1. Get the sauce from an asian store.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, and add garlic, salt and tofu cut length-wise.
  3. Once the tofu starts to brown, add the sauce and red chilly flakes.
  4. Yes, it’s that simple.

Cauliflower rice

  1. Take a cauliflower, and cut it into manageable pieces
  2. Add it into your blender and blend
  3. DO NOT ADD WATER - IF YOU DO, YOU WILL MAKE A CAULIFLOWER SMOOTHIE - NOT WHAT YOU WANT.
  4. The “rice” is essentially tiny bits of cauliflower. Heat it with water until the water evaporates.
